Shipping

Free Standard Shipping is offered on every order every day and shipping can be upgraded for an additonal charge.

Non-customized items ship in 1-2 business days, unless otherwise noted.

Customized items ship in 1-5 business days, unless otherwise noted.

Custom orders for items not currently offered on our website typically ship within 1-3 weeks.  If you would like to request a custom order, please Contact Us and we can provide a more precise estimate.

Returns

Please note, we are not able to offer cash refunds.  Store credit will be issued for all returns.

We want your order to make your day! If you are not fully satisfied with your order, please Contact Us within 7 days of receiving your order to set up a return.  Returns must be unworn and in perfect condition (unless the item arrives damaged). Since we offer free shipping, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the store credit issued when the return is received. 

Store credit will not be issued for items that have been worn or for items shipped past the 7 day window.   These items will not be accepted and will be shipped back at the customer's expense.

Items Not Eligible For Returns

Items purchased with a discount code or purchased through a sale or special price advertised on our website or social media are not elibigle for return (unless the item arrives damaged).

What if my order arrives damaged?

We carefully craft, inspect and package each item to ensure you are delighted with your order. That being said, there is always a small chance an item may be damaged in transit. Please Contact Us within 3 days of delivery if your item arrives damaged and we will arrange for the repair or replacement of the item.

 What if my bauble breaks?

All of our bracelets are double strung, knotted and sealed--but still, life happens!  We will gladly restring any bauble that breaks within 30 days of the delivery date.  A $5 restringing fee will apply after 30 days from the delivery date. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping.  Please Contact Us to set up a restringing request. Please indicate if beads are missing in your request.

Please note, we will not accept restringing requests for items not purchased from Little Bitty Baubles.
